HI, The internal SSD is auto un mount when it’s working. Some time its appeared in the boot menu and some times don’t. I used and external SSD to check the internal one appears when I started the disk utility the loading icon appeared then I got message internal SSD unmounted. I dis assembled the SSD and cleaned the pads and same problem. Any suggestions ?? Thanks in advance. 14 Mar after trying diagnostics, I got VDH002 There may be an issue with a storage device. for the battery I think it’s very good

Did you reformat it and install a fresh copy of the OS? You may want to look at the drives S.M.A.R.T data to see what tells you How to Check SMART Status on Mac Hard Drives or to dig deeper DriveDX Update (03/14/2019) Lets look at a different direction here … I’m wondering if you either have a failing battery or the logic board its self has a problem within its power sub system.
