Chosen Solution
I powered on my printer after not using it for a few months, and now as soon as I press the power button, it shows that it’s powering up, I can hear the internal mechanism start to move. But then after just a few seconds the mechanisms within the printer suddenly halts and I get an alert sound. I don’t remember the error message off hand, (the one that shows on the printers LCD) but when I did do a google search online earlier, I wasn’t able to find any information about it.
you more than likely have something jammed inside or you have a motor problem
