When I try to download it just simply say this operation couldn’t be completed (asError error 1)

Try to press and hold POWER + touchID buttons for 15 seconds

close all apps in background, and you may want to restart your device.use a VPN app.try to download it again. that’s work with me.

Try powering off the phone, then power it back on.

I cleared all background apps Went to settings->General->Dictionary Made a selection and the download begins
