Your troubleshooting plan would first rule out a defective digitizer—often caused by a bend/crease in the flex due to improper installation–there should be no folds. If same problem with a new digitizer, then it is most likely damage to the digitizer connector fpc on the board–needs to be replaced if damaged. jessa
