Hi I bought your kit from the Australian shop , great service from them. Repair went fine. but the guide needs some more information: the glue under the white tape ? is it heat reactive like the original does it need to be heated using the iOpener or is it contact adhesive that needs time and /or pressure to set? I appreciate the components may have changed since the video and guide was made so a simple note in the last slide would help all your customers
The adhesives on screens do not need heat treatment to set. Heat is used to weaken adhesives when prying screens up.
