ipad 3rd genaration not charging
If you have tried a new charger (usb and wall adapter for iPad) and cleaned the lighting port thoroughly (usually if something is in it, you will not be able to stick the connector all the way in). If still nothing I would try a new battery on it. No water damaged or lighting port damaged is assumed here.
