ipad 6th gen wont reboot or forced reboot. The screen shows the mac with cable. I connected it to Macbook finder and it downloads the proper software for update and restore. First I tried the update, and got error 4013. Then I tried restore and got the same error 4013. I took to Apple Genius Bar and they tried the same attempts to revive the device, and they also had the same issue with error 4013. Any thoughts on what I should do now? thanks
it could be an issue with the nand but i have seen the cpu causing 4013
