Hi! im having some problems with one iPad 6th Gen. I broke the LCD and i bought this one https://es.ifixit.com/Tienda/iPad/iPad-5… But when i try to turn on the ipad, they shows light but no image. What can be the problem? Seems like a loop Pd: If i use the old LCD i see image, so i think the ipad its ok. Sorry for my bad english, i hope anyone can help me, thanks.
As far as I know, iPad 5 and 6 use different LCD screens (not interchangeable). I don’t know why iFixit lists them compatible, maybe I’m wrong. In any case, you should be eligible for an exchange/refund since the original LCD works but not the replacement, contact customer support and they’ll assist you with RMA.
