Hi, I have an iPad pro 12.9 (2016). It’s showing recovery mode after an update. Apple store were not able to restore the IOS using iTunes. Is this something you can repair?
What’s the error code in pop-up window when iTunes fails to restore your iPad? You can try restore using 3uTools http://www.3u.com/ , see if that works.
