Hi there fellow iFixers, My iPad Mini 2 has decided it does not want to turn on at all. I have plugged it into AC power @10W for 18 hours and it did nothing. I have plugged it into iTunes on my Mac and it doesn’t show up. I have contacted apple support (which are hopeless) “bring your device in so a technician can identify the issue with the iPad” Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
Its most likely a fault with the charging port or battery, you could try replacing them yourself or just taking it to Apple for a diagnostic and then fixing it yourself once they’ve told you whats wrong with it.
