Chosen Solution

I have an iPad Air here that won’t power on or react to anything. When plugging it into a voltage reader it shows that it’s only pulling .30 amps, which is obviously way below what it should pull. I’m assuming this is caused by the battery or charge IC. Anyone know anything deeper about it?

One solution that is very common is that the charge port is full of dust. Another common problem is that the battery burnt out. iPad Airs have been out for 8 years so the battery is probably only working with 50% capacity by now. I’d wait for someone smarter than me to answer first though.
