I replaced a battery in the iPad Pro 12.9 iOS 11 with two OEM batteries. The charging symbol appears and sticks at 1% or 30%. I put the old battery back in and it charges and functions perfectly. Not sure what to do at this point. I googled the issue and couldn’t really get a tip. Any advice?
the new battery won’t charge properly? On the replacement battery check the connection for a film or coating that needs to be removed - some have films/coating on the connectors for storage. If this doesn’t work there is a possibility the battery is bad from the factory.
