Since installing IOS 8 on ipad 4 it will reboot to black screen with apple logo randomly during use. Also have to do hard reset to wake up some times. I have restored from backup, done factory reset and restored and done factory reset and not restored and no change in issue. How can I tell if this is a hardware issue? I have looked at the logs but can’t make heads or tails of them. Any suggestions?
Your issue sounds like your battery is failing.
