My ipad 2 is stuck in the reboot loop. It does nothing on its own and when plugged to a charging point, the red low battery sign comes and then the apple logo and it repeats infinitely. I have tried to charge it for a whole day , but still no change. When I tried to restore and update it , (by first holding the home button and the power button for few seconds and when apple logo comes, holding only the home button), my Mac says it is trying to restore my ipad, but next moment i get an error saying “Ipad can not be restored. an unknown error (2015) occured.” Can some one please help me ?
According to iPhone 5s restoring gives error 2015; screen is broken, 2015 is an error regarding the internal power of your battery which should be replaced. Couple of questions: Are you using the original cable & charger (at least 2A)? How long has your battery been? Are there any signs of battery wear?
