Chosen Solution
So I have tested the battery with a multimeter and got a reading of 3.0V but the device will not turn on or charge. I have tried a hard reset and no luck. Is there a way I can determine if it is the logic board or the dock connector other than trial and error
Its got to be the charging port (dock connector) alone and not the battery or logic board. Good luck bud
