My iPhone 11 Pro has gone completely dark on the display I have replaced the screen multiple times but the same problem keeps happening would anyone know why?
Does the display brightness still work under settings/display? If so, sounds like faulty light sensor. Unfortunately, if this is faulty, you need to change the flex cable and you lose truetone (paired with the ambient light sensor) And face ID (paired with proximity sensor) These components can be transferred to the new flex via soldering. However, of the ALS is faulty, you’ll definitely lose truetone. Open the phone up, and check the sensor isn’t blocked by anything if you’re still able to manually adjust the brightness.
