My iPhone 12 Back Portrait camera cant zooming & while take the photo it was saving as normal image But background blur is fine No zoom & while editing portrait filters not working
Hi Have you tried reinstalling your OS if you are willing to try that and it doesn’t work I would contact apple support as it might be a software issue that can be fixed and patched If it still doesn’t work after trying the above I would replace your camera if it’s no longer on warranty If it’s still In warranty apple will hopefully fix ot for you Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
