Hi. I have a iPhone 12 which was dropped and bend and destroyed display. I bend the frame back and installed new screen. The phone can read and unlock SIM cards but can’t find service. Everything else works fine. The bend was near the SIM reader. Can the SIM reader cause the phone to not be able to find service? Or is it a logic board problem? The iPhone 12 has the soldered 5G antenna.
there could be disconnected pads between the to circuit boards these are easily broken if the board is bent as its a sandwich board
