What if i dont have a hot air rework station? can i just buy a new Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Antenna? will it work just fine?
You don’t need a rework station to replace the antenna. however you do need one to replace the wifi chip.
Hello, In what country do you live? I can do it for you for a good price if you’d like. Or if you want to do it for yourself : you NEED a hot air station to replace the WiFi IC, replacing the antenna only wouldn’t change anything.
I also live in the Philippines and I have the same problem. Thinking of just buying a replacement WiFi chip/WiFi IC. Where’d you buy yours? And how much? I can’t use my WiFi anymore and I need it. Thanks.
Some cellphone repair shops in malls have it. But i went to greenhills to get mine. Forgot how much, but ithink it was around 2500-3000 pesos.
