I got an iPhone 5s that drain the battery quickly and it doesn’t recognize the lightning cable . At first I thought that replacing the battery would solve the problem but it didn’t work. So I think that the problem is caused due logic board short cause when I touch it after using the iPhone for a while it gets hot. I have doubts about when it is necessary to change the pm8018 or the 1610A1
@limusrazor before you change any IC’s and based on “doesn’t recognize the lightning cable” I’d replace the Lightning connector first. For that use this guide
