So yeah i bought an battery here and replaced it. IT worked great for a few days and then it started rebooting by its self. I viewed the log and this is what is said: Apr 27 10:20:10 Joris-iPhone CLTM[22] : CLTM: Could not get event from temperature service Apr 27 10:20:10 Joris-iPhone CLTM[22] : CLTM: Could not get value for gas gauge battery Anyone can help me?

the battery has a small circuit board built in to the battery, those hold the sensors. the replacement may have been defective.

Check your battery connector and double check your work. Those errors appear to be generated from your battery.
