Chosen Solution
I dropped my iPhone 5c then after I did it turned on but had no image, it was just a black screen but still lighted up (even the vibrating worked when I plugged it in!). I then tried to reset it by holding the home button and power button at the same time. After attempting that the phone wont do anything and it wont’t light up at all. Please help. Thank you. ~Zach
