Hello, One of the screen flexes where disconnected so i had to open the phone and reconnect all and i disconnected the battery while the phone was on(shouldnt have dont that) and now when i reconnect the battery the phone wont boot up , not even the vibration that indicates its charging works .Ive tried booting without battery while charging,hard reseting ,same result. Help
There are a couple of possibilities. You may have blown the U2 IC. This IC usually pertains to battery charging, but it may control the power in general as well. Im not 100% sure. There also could be another IC blown. Have you tried a different battery? There are services on eBay that’ll replace that IC pretty cheaply. If all else fails, Id replace that U2 IC to see if that helps.
