iphone 5s keep restarting , even while charging
Have you tried restoring the phone? Make sure to backup phone via iTunes first if you haven’t already as it wipes data. Is it random reboot issue? Was the battery replaced or unplugged before? It’s common that one or more of the small smd components get knocked off above the battery connector which causes the random reboot issue as the phone can’t read the battery information properly.
