Hye I got n IPhone 5s sent in to me for repair. The customer claim that his IPhone having a No Service issue, and after restore iTunes got an error -1. So my question is should I reball the BB CPU first ? After reball, what should I do if the problem not solved ? Cuz I read some thread on the internet saying that error -1 is not only because of BB CPU, some of them said its because of BB PMIC. How should I know which one is the right solution ??
Error -1 may be caused by connection problem, network connection or hardware issue. About hardware problem, probably check the baseband.
