Recently had to buy a screen replacement kit for my old iPhone 5s since the old screen got badly cracked. The new screen does not show anything after being connected, thus the old one does.
Hi, If your old screen still works, this would suggest your new screen is faulty. You will have to try another screen. :-)
Please try new front panel, it should solve your problems.
