Hello, my Iphone is stuck in a loop between the charging symbol and the Apple logo. -I can’t turn it on and it doesn’t charge when plugged in. -I was able to put it in recovery mode but the it won’t be recognized by my PC ( Other —Iphone are being recognized ). -I wasn’t able to put it in DFU mode. It would be great if anybody could help me. Thanks in advance.
the first thing id try is to clean out the lightning port, you’d be surprised how much dirt can build up in a such a small place, if after cleaning out the charge port the phone is still not connecting to iTunes or still wont charge you are dealing with either a completely discharged battery or a faulty Lightning flex assembly. you can find guides on how to replace both on iFixit, personally id get a new battery and connect it to the phone just lying it on top of the old battery, your phone should power on and you’ll be able to test the lightning port, if it fails to charge the battery or connect to iTunes you can replace the lighting dock flex.
