I have an iPhone 5s that won’t turn on but it’s says it’s recognized in iTunes. When I try to restore the iPhone it says error 9. I’ve tried changing out the cable, plugging it in to a MacBook and a PC and nothing is working what do I do?

Have you tried dfu mode iOS reinstall? I’m not talking about restoring a backup. I’m talking about reinstalling the iOS software completely. This can be done. On iPhone 6s and lower,have iPhone powered on. Plug into iTunes,then hold the home and power button at the same time for 8 seconds. Then let go of the power button,but keep holding the home button. See if it gives an option to reinstall the iOS.
