I let my my friend borrow my iPhone 5s. She got grounded and her mom had taken the phone And left it in her dresser for several weeks. Finally I asked for it back and when I got it back it wouldn’t turn on at all. I tried charging it for hours and holding down the power button and home button. But the problem is I dropped the phone in water before she borrowed it. I left the phone in rice but the home button stopped working. So how can I fix my iPhone?

Take your phone to a reputable mobile phone shop that does microsoldering / board level repairs for liquid damage evaluation. At this point I don’t think you can get the phone working properly yourself as most of the liquid damage is under the metal Shields and requires at least a hot air rework station to remove the Shields.
