I made the mistake of opening the phone and disassembling the upper internal ribbon cables (speaker, front camera, etc) without powering down. The screen is now jumbled and won’t correct itself. Fatal mistake on my part? Any ideas would be humbly accepted…
Try an good LCD, you may have just killed that and the logic board is fine.
