I connect my earphone but I cant hear anithing . the jack seams to be loose and headphones wont go in
Have you checked so you dont have dust/dirt inside the aux? If that dosent help you would need to open the phone up and check if you se so it is screewed down right. If it is set right you would need to replace it, heres how: iPhone 6 Lightning Connector Assembly Replacement
