Hey! Maybe this is a silly question, but i bought an iPhone 6 of of Ebay for $15 and it has nothing but the logic board, battery and screen in it. The thing is, a piece of the motherboard has broken off at the top. As far as i know that piece only contains the connections to the power and volume buttons flex cable and the WiFi antenna. I dont know if there is something else crucial up there. My question is, will the Logic board still work (apart from the WiFi and Side buttons of course)? I cant test it myself since i have no parts on hand. Hopefully someone can answer this question :D
what do you mean broken ? cracked or like there is no part there ? a photo would be helpful. If it is broken there might be a short circuit , so yes. You can replace it or remove it,
