I recently gained possession of an iPhone 6 Plus that I replaced the screen on for a friend. The phone then proceeded to boot loop until it ran out of power. Thinking that the device was fubar, he gave it to me. So I decided to try basically everything. Got to the point that I decided to replace the logic board after having heard that error 4013 can be NAND related. Did that. Still get the exact same error whenever I try to restore it with iTunes. 64GB AT&T Locked iPhone 6 Plus Parts replaced: ScreenLightning and audio assemblyLogic Board5GHz wireless antenna Any insight?

disconnect everything except chargeport and see if it will flash without errors, then if it goes through ok start connecting each component one at a time until you find the culprit.

That is Nand issues,Most of the cases you have to reprogram Nand with removing from logic board and reprogram with programmer.
