Hi My iPhone 6 Screen, sometimes freezes! Thanks
I have had this problem as well. I performed a forced shutdown and reboot. To do this it is very simple, when it freezes hold down the power and home button at the same time for about 5 seconds until the screen goes black and release both buttons. Once it is off then simply press the power button for a couple of seconds to boot it back up. If it freezes again perform the same but this time continue to hold the power and home buttons through the black screen until you see the apple logo again, at this point release both buttons. If it continues to freeze you may need to perform a full restore of your phone. The reason is there may be some corrupted software and restoring the phone will reload the most up to date Operating System (OS) as well as updated apps. Hope this helps!
