Hello, yesterday i got a totaly new iPhone 6. The Problem is, it has big sound Problems. If i make a call i can’t hear the other side and the microphone dont work neither. The microphone dont work, too if i make a video. In a call i can’t click on the speaker button. It’s just unavaible. The iPhone don’t recognize if i plug in headphones. I checked all settings an restored it over iTunes. System sounds like the clicking while typing work. I can’t even call now the Apple Hotline. Are there any possibiltys to fix it or is the hardware broken?
sound like there is problem with the hardware of the phone, you can return it and repurchase the phone or just make a appointment at the apple store to get it swap out with a refurbished one. personally i would return it or exchange it with a new phone.
