I have an IPhone 6 which I booted with a charged battery. It now is turned on but it won’t charge (even after changing the dock). I’ve used different chargers which all worked on other devices. Does someone know the issue? Thanks!
We need more details. Does it vibrate, show the battery sign, or any other indicator that it is plugged in but not charging?Did your phone experience any kind of damage recently before it stops charging? (Water, shock, heat, pressure, etc) Without that, my best guess is that either your: Charging port is damaged (cheap & easy to deal with)Battery IC chip is damaged (highly unlikely, not cheap, hard to deal with)
