Does anyone know how to unsolder and resolder iphone 6 wifi module? If you do, please provide me some tips and what kind of soldering flux, temperature setting, etc. Thanks
I’ve managed to unsolder iPhone 6 wifi chip on the logic board. Next steps are to clean the board and solder new wifi chip. I need advice how to clean the glue stuff on the board and solder the chip. Do I use soldering paste to clean the glue stuff from the board and apply the soldering paste to solder the chip? Thoughts?
