the phone went dead. I changed the battery and the phone turned on. but will not charge. I’ve tried to change the battery twice but will not charge. What could be wrong?

Hi 1.Check The Charging Dock Connector inserting the cable weather it is fully inserting inside or not if not Then just clean the dust inside of the connector then insert n Charge It Might Work 2.Either u need to change the Dock Connector 3.Try TO Restore the DEVICE Hope It Works Thanks Varun
