Hi guys, I have a iphone 6, where everything worked fine, then I placed in a draw for a few months, thought I’d use it again as I dropped my other iphone 6. My issues are as follows When plugged in on power I either have the empty battery indicator logo at the bottom of the screen or a faint back lit glowing screen, when I try to do a hard reset by holding power and home button nothing happens but once in a while the white screen with apple logo flashes up for 2 seconds, this happens one in ten attempts. So I’m thinking the ios has crashed, I plug the phone into itunes and it states I need to do a update or restore, I try both options numerous times and it crashes half way through the process, the phone seems to disconnect and then I have to start the whole process again, it takes a while for itunes to recognise the phone is plugged in. I have had tow error codes op up and when the itunes update crashes, one of them being code 2009 and 4013, 90% of the time it is the 2009 error code. I’ve had the phone on charge for 12 hours and still won’t power up properly. Any thoughts on what could be the issue, the phone hasn’t been dropped or suffered any water damage, was working fine then a few months later after resting in a draw it’s decided to have a meltdown.
