I work on IPhones often. With this one I opened it and replaced the screen. Before I closed it up. I tried to turn it on. And it would not turn on. I also tried to plug it in and it repeatedly made the charging sound. Battery = OK
The screen is faulty, if the phone is making the charging sound then the phone is fine. However your screen is either faulty or the connectors aren’t plugged in completely
