What is the little antenna wire that is attached to the port and what does it power? I can’t get mine to attach could this be why my computer won’t recognize the phone or also why it’s stuck on the apple screen I’ve tried putting it safe mode and resetting it also I want to restore it after getting my data off the phone but as I said it won’t recognize
the little wire is an antenna for signal, just line it up over the connector and push it down into place, if you havnt aligned it correctly and used too much force you may have bent the end. You need just the large connector for usb functunality, sounds like you havn`t got it connected correctly
