Chosen Solution

I replaced my iPhone 6s battery yesterday, and now the receiver/ear speaker and front-facing (selfie) camera don’t work. When I make calls, the other person can hear me, and I can hear the other person just fine (no static or anything) on speakerphone or headphones, but not on the ear speaker. The ear speaker is totally silent—there is no static. And I can’t get it to make any sound when I ask Siri a Here is what I have tried: —Pressing down on the phone near the ear speaker —Alternately sucking and blowing air into the speaker —Using a hair dryer on cool to blow into the speaker for 60s —Cleaning the speaker with a toothbrush —Using a toothbrush to clean all three mics (front, bottom, back) —Turning off “Phone Noise Cancellation” —Turning on “Hearing Aid Compatibility” —Restarting the phone

Seen as this happened after the repair, it could be a possibility that the gold contacts on the ear speaker have shifted. All that needs to be done is just reseat them, it’s a really easy repair and you only need to remove three screws, the part is easily removable and extremely cheap.
