Just trying to figure out what the LCD bezel housing is. My niece sent her phone in because it wouldn’t charge. They sent it back to her and said that it was the LCD bezel housing. I connected the phone to the computer and the phone is not recognized as being connected. could use a little help please.
I don’t know what they mean by LCD bezel housing but it sounds like the charging port or charging chip (tristar) has gone bad.
