Hello, iPhone 6s was splashed by water. I didn’t notice that untill I plugged it in and it didn’t charge. I turned it off, opened it up and let it dry for 24 hours. I didn’t notice any traces of water inside the phone. After the 24 hours , the phone was charging with no problems and everything seemed fine. But then I noticed that any static screen if left for 3-5 seconds it will appear as a burn-in in the lock screen (or any solid color screen)  for few seconds. It looks exactly like what OLED screen shows when they burn in, except in my case it appears so fast and disappear as fast. Any tips will be appreciated, thanks.

Sounds like the screen has been damaged and needs to be replaced. Are there any like white marks on the screen? This would indicate water has seeped into the screen. I also recommend looking for any corrosion / left over liquid behind the screen. The screen shield plate behind the screen needs to be removed to inspect that area.
