just today my iphone 6s shows no service, this is after i notice that the battery start to swollen. Any idea what could have cause this, and how to fix it? Is it an antenna that i need to replace?
I guess it might be the antenna, SIM slot or something severe, like damaged motherboard. Or it could be something with the SIM card itself. Try to remove SIM card from the phone and then put it back in. Does it go from “No SIM” to “No Service”? Can you also try a different SIM card?

could be baseband is giving you issue this might get repair by micro soldering my best suggestion is take it to a professional with micro soldering ( iPad Rehab) and they will fix the issue
