Just dropped my iPhone 7 Now when I connect the phone to the charger, I have to hit the back of the phone to start charging. Sometimes, when charging, charging is cut off and I have to hit the back of the phone again to recharge.
That sounds like something you should have looked at soon. one of the peices that has to do with the charge system might have had their connection damage with the drop. problem is if the part eventually breaks off it can cause bigger issues.
Thankful I opened the phone yesterday I saw the battery connection socket disconnected. The phone is now working properly. :))
