Hello, i would like to ask for advice about this issue,
. I tried to use double sided tape, but its just isnt strong enough. Is this fixable or do i need to buy completely new screen? Also i was thinking about using a heat gun to heat the display and reheat the glue which was originally applied but that would be risky.
Depending on how loose the adhesive is, you could probably swap the whole plastic frame. I have personally never done this before though so i cant tell if the results would be good and if the new frame glue/adhesive would last. what i have done in these type of situations is to use a glue called E7000 /B7000 , ifixit sells something similar i would assume. E6000 Adhesive Glue
