Chosen Solution
I have an iphone 7 which has got fully functional touch ID yet the button will not click. Double tap on the button will not work either. In settings there is the option to change the click on the home button but you still can not feel anything. When i factory restored it it came up as needing service. Any solutions?
Does the screen have any cracks in it? Damage to the screen can damage the connections. Have you changed the screen? It could have a bad connection or could have a defective screen.
