Hello, a previous customer of mine who’s phone I fixed a couple months back is having issues with hearing people talk. I was going to replace her ear speaker but then she told me that she can’t play music with her aux cord. I just now realized while typing this that she has a 7 plus so there is no headphone jack, obviously. I figured I’d ask here if anyone has had a similar issue. I don’t want to go ahead and replace her ear speaker if there’s another problem going on. Thanks!
Audio chip fault, you’ll need to get it fixed by someone that does micro-soldering. Symptoms include no recording device found in voice memos, greyed out speaker icon during calls. Not being able to hear others or others cant hear them.
