Hey guys, Has anyone tried to upgrade their iPhone 7 Plus hardware for example Switch the 32 gb logic board with 128gb logic board. or Try and upgrade the iPhone 7 Plus logic board with that of iPhone 8 Plus? or Try and upgrade the camera on this phone with that of iPhone 8 plus are such modifications possible and has anyone tried it? it would be a cool experiment to go about with. please share your suggestions and experiences. Ps: I got this idea after watching videos on YouTube where people are building there own iPhones for half the price. I thought if I could update the hardware on my phone by purchasing some parts of the iPhone 8 Plus may be including the housing unit.
Strange Parts on YouTube had a video on doing a storage upgrade on a iPhone 7 from 64gb to 512GB if I remember correctly. Required removing the flash memory chip, copying the data on it, restoring that data onto the new flash chip that was larger size then solder it back on.
You may spend more money than just selling this iPhone and buying a better iPhone. You may even destroy your existing iPhone, be very careful these devices are easy to damage
